Refund Policy

We want purchases from Kurosho Studio to be clear and fair.

For one-time software purchases, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You were charged by mistake.
  • The product does not function substantially as described.
  • You are unable to access purchased features due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • The request is made after 7 days.
  • The product was used extensively after purchase.
  • The issue was caused by unsupported environments or user-side misuse.
  • The purchase was abusive or fraudulent.

To request a refund, contact support@bitelog.shopon96.com. Please include the product name, purchase email, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
